It's time to start making practice work for you.

What will I learn?

Practiceology comprises six sections covering a wide range of information to help you create a highly productive practice routine.

You'll start by covering the key elements that are required for successful practice. Then you will learn how to get started and develop the habit of intentional practice to maximise your time. The next chapter covers some key exercises to help you develop your general technique, these include intonation, bow control, velocity, shifting and rhythm.

Lauren demonstrates her methods with classical examples from her own routine, but most importantly she shows you how to apply her concepts to your music.
